  • What is included in the setup fee?

    The setup fee covers configuring your AI phone agent around your company's approved information -- services, hours, service areas, pricing, scheduling rules, call transfers, cancellation and rescheduling procedures, and customer communication. It also includes connecting compatible scheduling or dispatch software, building and testing call flows, and making initial corrections based on real test calls. Setup complexity varies by plan.
  • Are there overage charges if I exceed my monthly minutes?

    Yes. If your inbound call volume exceeds your plan's monthly minute allowance, overage charges apply. Specific overage rates are reviewed during consultation and confirmed before setup. If you consistently exceed your plan minutes, upgrading to a higher plan or discussing a custom arrangement is recommended.
  • Can I change plans after I sign up?

    Plan changes are available. Moving to a higher plan may require configuration updates depending on the expanded features included in that plan. Contact us to discuss a plan change and what adjustments may be needed.
  • Does the setup fee include testing?

    Yes. Initial testing and corrections are included in every plan's setup fee. This includes real call scenario testing to confirm that the agent answers correctly, schedules accurately, and transfers calls as configured. The depth and number of test scenarios varies by plan.
  • What if my software needs a custom integration?

    Software compatibility is reviewed before setup begins. If your scheduling, booking, CRM, or dispatch platform requires custom programming or a non-standard connection, additional fees may apply. We will confirm compatibility and any additional costs during consultation before any work begins.
